Over the past 10 years, I worked with quite a number of Personal Trainers /Physio to focus on my overall fitness and health. Phil is definitely one of the top practitioners out there. His holistic and long term approach with a focus on technique and injury prevention is what sets him apart from others. My improvement in overall fitness : -45kg, increase in muscle mass, physical flexibility and ability to live a more active and fulfilling life is a testament to his skills and patience.
I had serious shoulder issues that I had tried to rectify by a number of visits to my local (highly spoken of) physio who had done some good muscle release but had really not solved the problem. The pain was chronic and I was at a loss on how to solve the issue. In just ONE online session with Phil from ADPT physio he diagnosed the issue and helped correct my technique in how I had been exercising such that during my next workout the shoulder issue rectified itself significantly and improved then on. Today my shoulders are feeling and working fantastic. ADPT Physio have both the experience and up-to-date knowledge on how the human body works, how injuries occur and how to get you back up and into the game again as quickly and effectively as possible.
I've had an excellent experience with Phil !! I showed up with a mysteriously painful wrist, and a shy ambition to get back on the basketball court after a decade ... Phil helped me adapt my day-to-day work ergonomics, we also adjusted my workout routine to nurture my basketball shooting wrist and shoulder back to a healthy flexible state.
